  • Client information: Name, business name, email address, and payment details provided when you sign up for our service.
  • Prospect data: Publicly available business information (business name, address, phone number, website, and email address) sourced from Google Maps and other public directories on behalf of our clients. This data is used solely to conduct outreach campaigns.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver our outreach service to clients (identifying prospects, sending emails, forwarding replies).
  • Communicate with clients about their campaigns, reports, and account status.
  • Improve our targeting processes and service quality.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Outreach Emails

As part of our service, we send cold outreach emails to businesses on behalf of our clients. Every outreach email we send includes a clear way to opt out of future communications. If you received an email from us and wish to be removed, you may:

We will process all opt-out requests promptly and remove the contact from our active lists.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google Sheets — to manage prospect lists and campaign data.
  • Email delivery providers — to send outreach and transactional emails.
  • Stripe or similar — to process payments securely. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain client account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Prospect data collected for a campaign is retained for the duration of that campaign and removed upon client request or account termination.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
